Why would I spend time on a blog? Easy, I've got stuff to write and an evolving story to tell. There are various types of "media" we consume these days and most of it is short form. Things like sound bytes typed into X, quick videos uploaded to Instagrams, the latest TikTok trend in 15 seconds, or whatever Facebook does these days. That's fine for quick hits and awareness, but they don't leave room to evolve a story. I care about the story. So, here we are. What to expect? Random posts about me, what I’m working on, and what’s happening at Tolt Records. Written in a way that takes more than a swipe and a few minutes to read. We’ll see where it goes.
